Shopping Online
- How to Shop Online
- Once you have found the item that you want, click “Add to Bag” and the item will be added to your shopping bag.
If you want to keep shopping, click “Continue Shopping” and you’ll jump back to the last page you were shopping on. To navigate to another page, just use the menu to the left of your screen.
If you are finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” at either the top of your screen, or on the bottom. At this time you will have the option to sign in if you are an existing customer, register if you are a new customer, or proceed through a guest checkout.
During this process you can change or delete quantities, and if you decide you need something else you can navigate away from the checkout by using the menu to the left of your screen.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will be notified via-email that we have received your order. Orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit card verification using your preferred shipping method. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. Upon shipment, you will be notified of your tacking number via email. - What Credit Cards Do You Accept?

- We do our best to keep sufficient stock of the product on our site. Unfortunately, at times, we so sell out of certain items. If we sell out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email.

Shipping
- Shipping Basics
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within two business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

- You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.

- Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide at this time. We hope to be able to offer this feature shortly.
Registering
- Registration Basics
- Registration is not required to make a purchase with EVER. However, in order to save and access your information, including your address book and order history, you must sign in using your email address and EVER password. If you have forgotten your password, you may click “forgot password” below the sign in form in order to get an email sent to you containing your password. Please note that your credit card information will not be stored in your account.
- Why should I register?
- When you register, you are creating an account that only you can use, and it will make it easier for you to come back and shop again. You can access your account any time by using your email address and the account password you created. By creating an EVER account online you will be able to: save your billing and shipping information, save and review your order history, and ultimately check out faster!
- What if I do not want to register?
- There is no problem if you do not want to register with EVER. You may check out using the “Guest Check Out” option. Please remember if you prefer to check out using this method, your commonly used addresses and order history will not be saved.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy
- We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted for a refund on merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt. All sale items are final sale, and can not be returned. We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.

- How do I process a Return or Exchange?
- We try and make our return process convenient and easy. Included with each purchase is a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
- When will my credit card be refunded?
- Once we receive your package we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction. We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from EVER.
