Return Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted for a refund on merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt. All sale items are final sale, and can not be returned. We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition. EVER gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please note that we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.

How do I process a Return or Exchange?
We try and make our return process convenient and easy. Included with each purchase is a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction. We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from EVER.
